- The Lansburgh offers Corporate Rental Rates that fall within or below yearly TDY and Domestic and International Per Diem Scheduled Rates.
- Situated at 425 8th Street NW, The Lansburgh is located within blocks to The FBI Building, U.S. Capital, The White House, over a dozen Federal Government Department Headquarters and Federal Agencies, and four Metro Rail Stations.
On Unfurnished Apartments
- We will waive your application fee ($75.00)
- We will waive your move-in fee ($500.00) on all unfurnished apts.
- We will offer lease terms ranging from 6 months t0 24 months
- A Military-Out clause is included in each Lease Agreement
On Furnished Apartments
- We will offer a 3.5% Discount on Leases of 30 days or more
- We will offer extremely flexible lease terms to members of the United States Armed Forces and Federal Government Employees
